Land Parcel Bug ( 36'69" W 12'64" N )

Current plot coordinates are ![( 36'69" W 12'64" N ) I purchased a parcel in which it will not allow me to place a house blueprint. Upon further testing i decided to place fences on the border and was able to only place them in few locations on 1 portion of the property Below is a picture of the land. It seems as though the ruins are still acting as if they are there.
