Does this game have a "trinity" system?

Randomly came across this and started looking in the FAQ and blogs but couldn't find anything about how the combat and skill systems will be put together for group content.
Maybe I haven't played enough sandboxes but kinda curious to see how this ties together in group content? Is there a trinity system in place like the more recent MMOs of yesteryear?

In Fractured, you'll be able to build your characters however you like. There will be hundreds of abilities to choose from, including healing abilities and tanking abilities. So, if you want to play according to the trinity, you can do that, but it's not a requirement.
