The blocks can be mined while standing where I am on the screen shot.
However, once mined you cannot pick up the blocks of stone. I tried to go up around the entire hill as it was just a small hill and you are not able to climb it.

Can't make new characters and log into them because it still has one of my characters listed as logged into the world. I gave it 5-10 minutes between trying to log in and also relaunched the game too and it's been over 40 minutes now with no success. I don't really mind if the character gets deleted as long as I can at least log into the game
@Angel464 I've got the exact same issue.
"Your character with ID 1297 is already logged in the world. If you've logged out recently, you may have to wait for it to be removed from the world."
I keep giving it time and trying every 5-10 minutes but it's been over 40 minutes now and I've come to the same conclusion as you.
Since playing streets removes all vegetation in a 3x3, this also seems to include the already pre-place roads The movement speed buff is still applied though!

Hi! Sorry, I didnt see your reply! I switched it to low, from high, I think, once I logged in, and after that I tried to up the quality, just to double check, and I got timed out almost instantly.
@Prometheus That's the only one we tested with I believe. This could be unique to Inspire in this case however a guild member says he THINKS the heals suffered from it too.

I believe it´s due to state of the game - alpha. If it was planned to be final state of buffs, it would make as much sense as counting my melee damage from enemy´s strength.
We don't know for sure. That's why I created the topic.
This could be the intended final state...if it is it really should change.

Yeah, it was even targetable before the Open Playtest. They changed it, that you can't target it anymore, but nearby performed skills still can destroy the Totem
Monsters killed by totems do not allow the caster to target the monsters for looting.
This bug was reported before in [FRAC-1804] - Bow and Wildfiretotem in this Report. I guess it can be maybe related to [FRAC-1971] too.
