  You can build your house in any available plot (they are all over the map), but if you build it in a region without a city you may lack some bonuses granted by the technologies of the city... or at least it used to be like that. The technologies are being remade and we don't know how it will be.

  @spoletta I agree. If that's changed, I'll just wait until it expires to re-cast, which does slow down the healing by about 50%. But the healing will still be there in some capacity.

  Can't test ATM, but something kept me from doing this in-game previously, and I assumed it was combat (since I was in combat at the time). Everything in the expanded action list (arrow on the action bar) was grey.

  I'd like to see more flexibility.. maybe add an extra enchanting-slot to the T2 clothes and only specific effects can be used there. E.g. this would allow to craft light/medium T2 sets with the slayer set bonus. Given that this is supposed to be a sandbox-game and we have no fixed classes.. consequently we should also be allowed to craft T2 armor sets in a more flexible way.

  The point of the mechanic is to be a goldsink and free plots which are no longer used. You can save up to a month worth of rent, which should be enough. Would a player really dont play for months, he would, by unlimited rent savings, block that plot for months for other players. This could become a issue in the longterm. There are different mechanics which got discussed as example a warning notification (which would not prevent it from happening when you push the game away for months) or that in the startertown a temporary chest appears with all your stuff from the plot where you can take it out when you come back. However, people should not forget that saving stuff no matter in which form need to be coded and also take place in the databank.

  As a new player who only started since last test I dont really see the issue with freeze.. The CC on the other hand was pretty big and being able to chain it. Still some outlying issues with it but better than last test & learning how all the resistances like fort, will , evasion interact with skills. Bigger issue is going to be explaining to new players how important those 3 stats are to reduce damage, stacks, etc Been dueling a lot since last play test plus this one and maybe can count a handful of times I was frozen if that. A lot of complaints seem to be coming from permafrosts massive stacks. Only done a handful of group fights but with most skills friendly firing you're not going to see massive freezing unless the group is coordinated. Also as usual high fortitude negates a lot of this stuff to begin with. Currently you have the 4 elemental shields that negate the secondary effects while massively increasing your resistance. You also have the elemental absorb shield that can mitigate the damage. I feel like its self balancing currently with the options available.

  @GamerSeuss PFO had a single character per account, kinda, and I had much more of an identity in that game than I do here. The more I play this game, the more I miss that one. [Pathfinder Online] But it failed miserably. It was too hard to play and never reached critical mass. Sandbox without a lot of players, there's just nothing important to do.

  As long as there are only 'small' tweaks and balancing-changes there is still room for new problems in the future once enchantings get re-balanced for whatever reason or (maybe not planned atm but still possible) off-hand weapons appear and then 2x weapon-enchantings might again be an issue... I think we should focus on simple solutions that directly fix the basal problem and don't create new downstream problems.. 2 enchantable items (x+shield) are more than 1 item

  Agree. I'd hide the visuals of the plot-borders and the markings on the maps per default and only show them when activating a house-mode or such thing.

  The dmg attribute of Scimitar is str | dex. The Scimitar belongs to the Swordsmanship School. ALL abilities of the Swordsmanship rely on str. Why? Please change the scaling attributes of these abilities to str | dex too. Thanks.

  My suggestion was to have more zoom-out if you move fast on a horse, so our brains get a few milliseconds more to recognize.. It wasn't about just sitting on a horse without movement.
